How to become a Select customer

Log in to your ‘My OnePay’ app or the Online Portal

Log in to the app or portal to become a Select customer in a few simple steps.

2. Press ‘Request account details’ and upload your identification

Follow the on-screen instructions and upload your ID by taking a photograph of your identity document. You may be asked to capture a picture of the front and the back of your ID so don’t forget to grant access to your camera!

‘Capture your face’ and submit your request to become a Select customer

Finally, you will need to capture your face to ensure you are the person in the ID document you uploaded. Hold your phone with the front camera facing you or stand in front of your webcam and follow the simple instructions.
