At the beginning of this year, we contacted you to let you know that you could no longer use your OnePay Visa card and account to receive wages, make payments or withdraw funds.
Whilst your Visa card and account is still closed there have been some changes made to the Terms and Conditions that may still affect you. Take a look below to find out more about these changes:
Changes taking effect immediately:
- For your information, Raphael’s Bank transferred all of their remaining obligations to customers to PSI-Pay Limited on 18/08/2020. We have therefore amended all previous references in the Terms and Conditions from “Raphael’s Bank” to PSI-Pay Limited.
Changes taking effect in 60 days:
- A “monthly maintenance fee” has been added to clause 13 which will be payable from a cardholder’s available funds if any funds remain on their account one year after their agreement ended (however it ended - e.g. it was terminated, cancelled or it expired).
