Registering for the ‘My OnePay’ App
When you register for the OnePay App you will need to go through security to verify it is you. You will be asked to confirm the following:
• Your ten digit customer number, which can be found on the welcome email you received from us or on the back of your OnePay card
• Your date of birth
• Your registered mobile or email address – if you haven’t supplied either please call our Customer Services Team on 0113 320 1900
You will then receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) to your mobile or email. Enter this when requested on the app. You’ll then be asked to create a memorable passcode which you will use to log onto the ‘My OnePay’ app in the future, or you can enable biometrics.
