How to set up a Direct Debit
Once it’s active, payments will be collected automatically from your account on the agreed dates.
You don’t need to contact OnePay to activate Direct Debits, just set them up directly with the organisation you want to pay.

Contact the company or service you want to pay.
Step 2
Give them your OnePay account number and sort code.
Step 3
They’ll arrange the Direct Debit with their bank and confirm the start date with you.
Managing your Direct Debits
You’ll always be told in advance if a payment amount or date changes.
To cancel, contact the company you’re paying or call OnePay Customer Support on 0113 320 1900.
You can cancel up to two working days before a payment is due to be taken.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
Every Direct Debit is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, which means:
You’ll always be told in advance if a payment amount or date changes.
You’re entitled to a full and immediate refund if a payment is taken in error.
