As a Business-to-Consumer service, we support hundreds of affiliate businesses, providing an easy and secure way for their employees, consumers or members to pay and get paid. We offer a secure, reliable product and a multi-lingual service for users who would otherwise struggle to open a traditional UK bank account.
Operating across the UK, OnePay’s technology stack has been built to scale, while the multi-lingual capabilities in app, on desktop portal and our award winning customer services helpdesk, ensure that OnePay supports our users in their preferred language online, in app and through our call centre.

I can not express how wonderful the customer service has been since I became a OnePay user. They are desperate to help and give you a pleasurable experience and you get what you need and leave you happy. They are very friendly and always happy to assist. I have to say OnePay has the BEST customer service team I have ever spoken to!

I use the money transfer to pay my rent to Oasis Properties. It’s much better and quicker than paying by cash
